yea but its always cool to have somewhere nice and shiney and safe to keep them neat and tidy

so far i have everything on 1/4 drive, everything on 3/8 drive, full set of screw drivers and torx drivers, trim clip removers, and a set of speed spanners going from 8 to 19mm which were a bargain at £20

all snap on or blue point

was exactly a grand. not too bad really as i was expecting 2k to be honest

all the lads at our place hav 2/3k boxes, one has the limited edition snop on suzie box which should of been around 3.5k alone but got it for 1500 2nd hand with a slight hammer mark where previous owners ex wife had her way with it. not bad though considering he stuck a sticker over it and you cant notice it,

box in question

my mate in work has a box that cost 2k from snap on. it is the same style as the one in the pic above, has gas rams to open the top box etc. except the bottom box is all big long drawers rather than split. class box but come on 2k just fro somewhere to put ur tools??

i have a draper rollcab and a draper topbox. rollcab was 300 and topbox was 100 (work paid the vat)

i think its more important to have the tools rather than the box,i have 2 draper boxs ful of snap on tools whereas there guys in my work who have snap on boxs empty... doesnt make sense to me

More importantly, you have a brush, shovel and kettle, like a proper apprentice.

yes, however some companies provide tools like torque wrenches as they may have something in company policy that requires them to do so
