How many times do you train a day?

Cos unless you training heavily its no good rly.

Best way to build muscle is to eat shit loads. My boss used to get up at 4 in the moring and eat a meal and go back to bed.

Muscle is muscle. You cant train to build muscle and set the controls on your body to go into beach mode. If you want to build muscle you have to consume more calories that your body requires, if you want to cut up for the beach its a totally different ball game... and to build muscle AND lose fat is another issue altogether, a goal you wouldn't be able to achieve unless you knew your body and what it needs.

For all you people spending lots of money on expensive supplements, i'd like to know what your daily intake of food is like. Quantities and times etc?

Basically i'm currently not fat...so don't need to lose weight. I really just want to put on a bit of muscle and definition, and bulk up a bit.

My food intake is fooking erratic due to work and I do eat some shit sometimes too! I'm going to start going to gym etc without any supplements at all to see what happens. At the mo i don't go to the gym at all, but i'm fairly active in my job.

I go down the gym about 4/5 times a week for an hour and a half at a time.

I eat, cereal in the morning,
10am half a sarnie, bannana, yoghurt
1pm half a sarnie, bannana, yoghurt

5pm main meal, pasta, shepards pie etc.

Am i doing anything wrong?

My usual day is no breakfast.

Lunch at work of meat/potatos/pasta/veg

Evening meal at home or work of similar type.

And random snacks in between like chocolate/crisps/cheese/yoghurts/muffins/cookies.......

You wont build any muscle with that. In fact if you're training to build muscle on that diet 4-5 times a week your probably doing your body more harm then good in terms of muscle building.

To get big you need to eat big. Thats why you see people who train for years and look the same... they dont eat properly.
