I bought a 'stone island' t-shirt off ebay and when it came surprise surprise it was fake....So I wouldn't wear it..

So I put it back up on ebay and this is what the auction said....

STONE ISLAND DENIMS T-SHIRT

BLACK WITH STONE ISLAND DENIMS ON FRONT

SIZES ARE

M

PIT TO PIT = 20"

COLLAR TO HEM = 26"

NICE T-SHIRT THAT LOOKS GOOD ON.

Boring bit

This t-shirt was bought from ebay from a seller with 100% feedback, has the SPA tag and art number see photo. Please look at photos and decide for yourself if genuine..It's a good quality comfy t-shirt.

Thaks for looking and please check my other auctions

NOW

the arsehole that bought it says I sold him a fake and is reporting me to ebay etc etc....Unless I refund his money..Bare in mind it sold for £7...

I have emailed him saying 'DID YOU NOT READ THE AUCTION and quoted the bit about authenticity etc...

I do not want to get a bad feedback due to one arsehole that doesn't read auctions...AS i have 101 all positive..

If he left negative and i reported to EBAY would they remove hen I complained as It was clearly noted in auction I did not know if it was real etc..???

TBH think I will say to the cunt I have your address and there is a bomb in the post

If you know it was fake you should have said really. But you didn't say it was genuine so you can tell the guy to piss of.

yeah I clearly stated that I could not confirm it was real?? which covers me...

But to lose the feedback over this would piss me right off..

I will see what he replies, I might offer him a 50% refund to keep the peace..

or tell him to suck my plums...

You probably should have took it up with the guy that sold you the fake in the 1st place instead of shifting it on!!

Dunno you can either give eachother bad feedback or give the guy his £7....depends on how much you value your feedback

Any cheap clothing I would be suspicious of, especially if the same in the shops costs £70

Tell him to go to ebay if he wants, you will show them the auction which clearly states that you are unsure if its genuine or not.

but its illegal to sell fakes, and the auction wording does beat around the bush

remember ebay is full of people with single digit IQs, you really have to spell it out to some people

If he reports me I will go to ebay and state that i bought 'THIS FAKE FROM EBAY' and resold it on and clearly stated I didn't know if it was real etc...Surely I am in the right and they will remove the feedback?

You cant remove feedback, nor can Ebay.

All you can do is mutually agree to remove the feedback with the other party. The comments are still visable but the rating is removed.
