Basically lol.. i have this problem above 90 mph reallly....

Suspension is all tight, no noise to suggest its the wheel bearing, i dont see how the wheels could just suddenly bend so doubt its that and i had the wheel both re balanced yesterday

But, in saying that a driveshaft can't just bend either.

Mmmm good point. well its at the garage to have a new shaft put on, if they fit it and the vibration is still there then they have to remove it and re-fit the old one soo...

If the wheels are buckled then that'll be why.

What garage said he cant balance them?

To balance Citroen wheels you need a special adapter to fit them to a tyre machine because the dont have center holes on the wheels.

They probably havent got the right tool and are fobbing you off

Take it somewhere else matey.

TBH if they were buckled i'd have thought it would vibrate more than just at 90mph.

PS... speed limit is 70mph tut tut

I got told this, but it only really does it in a straight line, like on the motorway etc Willay, and in a straight line the rack isnt really being used..

when your tyres are fitted - on some rims if they aren't inflated over the right amount and then dropped down to the right pressure it can cause the steering wheel to wobble. I had that before on one of my corsa's - took all the wheels off, inflated the tyres so they all fit well then the problem dissappeared!

Im going to go get it from the garage before they fit the drive shaft and just swap the rear wheels with the fronts quickly, just incase they are buckled..

Go to Shitroen and get them to balance the wheels.

A buckled wheel can be balanced, believe me.

TBH, ATS said they cant balance it because ther both buckled, there centreless wheels so they probably either couldnt, or couldnt be arsed.

Peugeot gave me some shit about steering rack etc when i just went and said can u balance these wheels nothing else..

Only thing i have found, is that the rear wheels arnt balanaced...
