Tim Howard (Everton) - Fair enough, wasn't going to come back
Gerrad Pique (Zargotha) - Not really seen him play, talks to make permanant though.
Danny Simpson (Sunderland) - Looks likely to be permanant
Jonny Evans (Sunderland) - Keane looking to keep
Phil Bardsley (Aston Villa) - Says he won't get in squad as long as Neville is in
Lee Martin (Stoke City) - Hopefully he'll come back, good winger
Ben Foster (Watford) - Coming back
Guisseppe Rossi (Parma) - God knows when, he'll come eventually
Richie Jones (Barnsley) - Since Jan
Adam Eckersley (Barnsley) - Since Feb

Few others out on loan too. Hopefully if some of the above don't come back it will pave the way for some more summer signings.

I'd rather have Bardsley back than Martin who has 1 good game 5 bad, Bardsley will play for England 1 day imo.

Bardsley started very well at Burnley (first couple games) then faded, no doubt he has quality though but I don't think he'll play for England.

I know i'll get shot down for it but I personally believe he offers more both defensively and going forward than Micah Richards does.

I know, the swedish season starts in march and just from what I've read and heard this morning I think manu were kind of hoping he'd stay even though he always planned to go back for the beginning of the swedish season

I know Captain Gary has expressed this, Fergie has always maintained it was a 2.5 month loan though.

I feel I have been rroved right when I said Larsson wouldnt score more than a few goals in his time at Utd.

Now who were the few who said he'd set the league alight?!

Will we drag up all the threads Cosmo? The ones where you said he will start very few games and will be no more than a squad player.

I for one think he has been superb for Man United, he has brought on Rooneys game leaps and bounds imo, unless you believe his upturn in form was just coinciding with Larsson signing.

no, I think he has played well when hes played. Some of his link up play was excellent.

Im just saying there were a few people who were convinced he would set the league on fire and score goals galore. Where as I and a few others (Nath?) said he wouldnt score more than a few at best.

Drag the thread up all you want. Also, while your searching if you find the one about Shevchenko from last year where I said he wont be any good in this league then bump that too!!

I expected more goals from him to be honest, but as you say, hes set a few people up and he does impress when hes on.

What every single game near enough? in fact he's played a part in every single game afaik

Also with regards to Shevchenko and Ballack i said exactly the same thing I predicted Man United would win the league.

In this thread

Hammer: 'He will score goals in the premiership for fun, even if he is only used spraingly' and 'he won't play every game but he will score goals i guarantee it' and 'He WILL score goals in the premiership and that is all you can ask of him'

I guaranteed he'd score goals and he did

Your initial comment was 'he will give them rotating options' he has played every single game he could have and started most of them and has provided their frontline with a different dimension which has allowed Rooney to find his best form.

He has been an overwhelming success for a 35 year old coming to probably the best league in the world, playing with the best team in that league.

He has played every game but as hes come on as a sub/gone off I think he has provided rotating option.
