Some of you may feel i've gone back in time moving from a Cupra to this, but i love it, no more power steering etc. but i've always wanted a retro veedub, and now have one Couldn't be happier, hope you like





Only pics i have at the moment as it's dark. It's no longer on these wheels, it's going back on its original BBS wheels.

Can't remember all the bits, but off the top of my head it's got the toothed belt conversion, supercharger was recently serviced, has little extras, but i can't remember, it has loads of receipts and immaculate interior.

Wasn't expecting such a positive response. I honestly don't feel like i've downgraded, although i'm going to have forearms like popeye from turning the thing whilst parking. Steve, i will post pics up mate, no worries. Feels so raw compared to the Cupra, but i feel at home having an older car again (if anyone knows what i mean). Don't get me wrong, i loved the Cupra, but there's just a character about old cars that i really like

Lovely car its a wicked feeling when you finaly get the car you have been waiting for.. I my self am very happy about my GSi and i cant wait to get it on the road.. probably nothing that great about it but to me it is never driven a GSI before so im saving my self for her
