I want Arsenal to try and sign Andy Johnson

He's English, hes an out and out goalscorer, he wants to move back to London and I read he supports Arsenal (is this true?). Also, as a plan b, when Arsenal need a goal, he could dive to get us a penalty.

On a not quite so gay note. I think he would be good for Arsenal. With players like Fabregas/RVP who can feed good balls through defences and with AJs movement, I think it would be a brilliant piece of business.

Also, if he played for a bigger club than Everton, would it enhance his England chances. He would get Champions league experience against top clubs so surely he would go on to become an even better player.

How old is he?

He's only 26, 1 of the big clubs should have taken a chance on him the first time around i think, I doubt Everton will let him go for a loss.

If you could get him for 10 million it would suit yourselves and England imo, a guy scoring 20+goals a season is exactly what both need just now.

£10m seems a good amount, though didnt we pay that for another promising English striker from Everton once before

I agree though, we need someone else to score loads of goals so we dont rely on Henry so much. Having said that RVP was scoring goals before he got injured

I don't understand why players commit their futures to clubs when they know full well they'd go to a bigger club given the chance.
