its a detached property,
the garages on left and right belong to detached houses next door, middle garage is mine.................
you go through front door which is a hall leading to back door and a set of stairs, under stairs is a toilet and sink and upstairs is a 2 bed flat......
basically its a detached flat............

i know but trying to find a new flat with a garage was impossible..........the other option was a house but all the houses i looked at with garages the evo wouldn't fit in...........

I certainly wouldnt want that.. nice although it is.
People who own the other garages could go in and out of them anytime of the night.. thus making lots of noise..

could you buy the garages at a later date?

the other garages have no electricity or lights in them so can't really see people messing in them at night unless just parking their car.....
i am hoping to buy the garage adjacent to mine at a later date (already tried but they won't let you at planning stage)

wost design ever. So whilst your in bed your neighbpors can use a garage that is technically built into your house? youll be waking up every time

how do you know? did you build the house? Is it not properly sound proofed? whos going to be going in a garage late at night with no electricity that is only big enough to store a smart car?

very strange nice although it is, who says they won't use the garage in early hours
i regularly travel on business and leave at 0400 hours etc
electricity or not i would still need to get in the garage
Although it looks impressive as it looks like a big house for you I think its technically wrong in design
plus if your flat floods etc and damages proerty in garages are you liabel etc
Further more if somethin happens in the garage below and damages your flat then its a big risk
Look impressive but would not want it altough if your happy thats what counts

very strange. The whole flat idea worries me too. Off subject but, No matter how careful you are with electrics, chip pans etc - your neighbour might not be.
Same could be said with a garage in a sense.
