im a bit puzzled when it says engine removed from a lotus super 7? did they use these engines in there cars then? any more info on them?

Engine would have been from a kit car, but originally from a cav/astra/calibra, like any other C20XE.

I doubt it was even a Lotus Super 7, I don't think they ever used that engine.

Definitely didn't come from a Lotus the last Super 7 was made in 1972

bad bits

The hand brake cable needs replacing but will include one in the sale.

Surface rust around rear wiper

Small scuff on front lower spoiler

Small stone chips in front bumper

The speedo needle vibrates slightly at high speed

It says 2.2 on the tailgate but it isn’t.

The gauge that shows outside air temp doesn't always read correctly (not engine temp)

Makes me laff when people with 2.0 Corsa's claim they blitz Evo & Impreza Turbo owners.

I had one and it was v fast but turbo fast it was not! In my experiance most scooby owners wont waste their petrol on a corsa anyway, and most are clever enough to realise if a corsa is having a go it is most likely LET'd.

even after all the bad comments i quite like it, its original and the boot looks quite good with the vinyl and badges.
