What a prick.
Basically I have sent him money for a Mantzel and he hasn't sent it even though the cheque cleared over a month ago.
He's also not replying to my u2u's. People know him on here so I would like his mob number please.

I know him, but you wont be getting his mobile number. You should get these details before sending payment etc. I'll mention it to him next time I see him.

I don't know him well, I sold him a car and I speak to him if I see him out and about. I will probably see himt his week at some point.
Its not my place to give his mobile number out though, as said before these details should be exchanged before the transfer of money.

why do tossers do this get people to send them money and just ripp them off i mean its not like there not going to notice oh i sent blabla 200 quid oh well

Yea. If it was less than £100 I wouldn't give a fook but it's over £300 so as you can see im not too happy.

i fully agree with Kano, you should always get full good details of the seller before you do a transaction and check they are correct, then there will be no problems while doing a deal.
fair enough you are out of pocket but this thread could have been avoided if a bit more care was taken over i assume a fairly large money transaction by taking the above precautions.

He was last active yesterday, so i'm sure he has seen his u2u's, If it's over £300 then i'd say it's worth going up there, not to fight but atleast to try to get your money back! Plus it would be a good road trip for a few of your mates and they will come in handy if it kicks off!

I can understand the guys frustration, I would be pretty pissed off & probably start to get lippy if I parted with £300 a month ago & didnt hear from the guy again..............any of us would be the same - think about it!!
Have you tried getting his landline No...might be able t if you have his full name & address??
