Not necessarily as if it was a RHD car he would be driving on the other side of the road and may have avoided the accident entirely.

Altho a passenger in that crash would definately be "pushin up the daisies"

Of course it was cut. Look at it. No way would a tree cut the car completely in half, and then have the two halves sitting side by side.

You'd be surprised at how well a tree can cut a car up when it's hit at triple figure speeds though.

I remember this being posted some time back with the link to the original post and the person who was driving replied in that thread and said that the car was NOT cut and these were pictures taken BEFORE emergency arrived....
