Wonder how the 1.2 brakes work with an XE aswell... because theres no way thats got valver brakes under 13" steelies..

well dickhead it is insured as a 2.0 litre and it has 2.0 astra gsi brakes under those 14 inch steelies. so before you come on slatin me get your fucking facts together

Even if you have it insured as a 2 litre, its void, because its logged and taxed as a 1.2....

Fair enough but if you crash or your stopped they'll charge you for not having insurance..
Only way to do it right is to change the engine number and capacity on your v5 and send it off..
Might aswell be insured as a 1.2 if you don't... your choice I suppose..
