Dropped my car off at the bodyshop last monday to have a few bits tidied up for pvs. Never had a car painted before. I hate havin to rely on people for lifts. Cant wait to get it back. How long has everyone else been without a car. How did you survive

I've gone weeks with out a car, when Spax said it would take 8 weeks to deliver new suspension i thought fuck it go and buy a run around! And the good thing is one of my mates wants it when i'm done for the money i paid for it so i've lost nothing!

Been without the Corsa since December 9th 2006, 1st couple of months Car had loadsa sensor/Ecu faults then MOT work, then the Engine died so i lost interest and today i brought th car home after spending a month at mates bodyshop having alot of work done, Next up New engine, then MOT, so looking at around the beggining of July before it's on the road reallistically.
In the Meantime i have been driven around In fiat's, Mainly Punto's and a Brava...
Pic of the Corsa that gets me nowhere and the Punto that gets me everywhere: http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/4367/spa0018jk2.jpg Think I'd rather have Stav's Skoda
