T1R's are fantastic in the wet.
On friday when we had the floods genius here was delivery driving for the local indian.
There was a Corsa that couldn't get through....well it was almost a river , lets just say it was about 5m wide. Well coz of the Toyo's i got through and it was bloody deep.
Tho coz i have holes and no interior the spare wheel well had water in it and so did the passanger foot well

Must be down to driver control then.
I wasn't driving much slower than i would be doing on a dry day.
I would see a patch of standing water...... think..... aquaplane time..... nope. How about now........ nope.
Lots of corners and taken at stupid speeds but no problems.
I even did an emergence stop when no one was around. It didn't skid, Just stopped very quickly.

Well the roads up here must be better than what they are down there.
Doubt it tho coz you can see the potholes round here on google earth.

Mush have been a bad batch.
I have tryed Uniroyal Rainsports and could never get any grip on them.
But everyone else say that they are fantastic. So i must have had a bad batch myself.

I admit they arent the best for setting off in the wet if you want some speed istantly had an interesting time setting off to get onto a dual carriage way But other than that "normal" road driving they are brilliant

Last for ages and they arnt too bad. But when the tread goes down, so does the traction. But i have found that with the T1R's there is grip all the time till it is a racing slick and 6 points if i get cought
