Parked up in a beauty spot car park and went for a walk with a mate around the lake there (aint seen each other in ages so were just chattin)
As we came back it had gotten pretty much dark and there was a fuzz mobile waiting for us..

Usual stuff what you doing etc is this your car...

We ran a check and it said you dont have insurance !!!

So i was like i fucking do!! Gave em flux's number (dont carry paperwork with me) but offices closed soooooooo got a producer...

Great another 30mins of my life wasted!

If the police havent got me on the database is that the police or flux's fault? If it is flux's im gunna give them a fucking earbashing tommorow!!

Did they double check? I've been pulled for 'no insurance' before, but then they double checked and managed to get the number plate right He though an M was a W, even though they're standard UK font

we went through it all alot and checked the number plate, they were fairly pleasent and i know its their job but its hardly my fault that THEIR systems arent up to date, fair enough if it isnt the polices fault, adrian flux owe me!!

Must happen regularly if they were not too bothered.

Lucky they didn't trust the system completely and take the car off you.

mus tbe the shit insurer only joking heard good things aobut flux

after my non fault accident last week, the police officer said i needed to produce my counterpart license at the police station within 7 days but didn't give me any letter or anything so i don't think i have to go

I've had this before, but i think they just used it as an excuse to stop me tbh as 20 mins later i magically had insurance, after them searching me and my car inside out

He said failure to produce insurance documentation and my driving liscence counterpart (had card on me) is a criminal offence?

Who the fuck carries that with them!? I wouldnt want to leave all that documentation in my car, if someone stole it theyd be on easy street pretending to be me with all my documents!

I know, they expect you to carry all this stuff around, so when someone breaks in they can just pretend to be you?

I keep both parts of my licence and my insurance certificate in my wallet. V5 I keep elsewhere (not in the car).

The expanded state of my wallet with above items makes me feel like I have lots of money in my wallet...
