Babel is a welllll good signing. Can't see us shelling out for quaresma tbh, they wan't 12m odd don't they? Defender would be good addition.

yeah, want around £15m from what Ive heard. Had a £12m bid turned down.

I dont think we need anymore wingers now though, between Babel, Kewell, Pennant, Benayoun, Leto, and Gerrard when he plays there, we have enough.

A bit of defensive cover, and I wouldnt mind us buying a young forward to act as cover (along the similar lines to the £8m we spent on Lucas)

yeah, posted about this in one of the other threads about summer signings.

Is meant ot be really strong and very fast, so could be a good prospect.

yes, would of liked to see him in out first team for a game but i think we got 200k for him which for us is a lot of money at mo!!
