Yes they are fully adjustable, give Dave A a U2U

You can adjust the stiffness of both front and back

demon tweaks, but shop around for good prices

btw if you go for GAZ expect a bumpy bouncy harsh ride, they dont seem like fast road suspension imo

ive sold over 200 Gaz kits, thats the first bad word I have heard about them. bumpy and harsh? must be set up really badly or faulty maybe?

Can you get H&R in the UK? im waiting for a H&R Cupkit for my nova and it is supposed to be really good.

Should be around the same money aswell. kit contains 4x dampers, 4x springs, and lowers 60mm front 40mm rear. good thing with this kit is springs and dampers are suited for eachother to give good performance and still give a comphy ride

Gaz build suspension for everything from Touring cars to 1 litre corsas.

saying they arent any good on the road is rubbish. Just because Bilstein do suspension for the world championship GT cars, does that mean they arent suitable for road?

Gaz kits are the best kits available in the £500-1000 price range, only being beaten by the bilstein and Koni coilovers but they are almost twice the price.
