You need a turbo.
The sounds is made by boosted air being dumped. Your engine has no boosted air im afraid.

Dump valves do the tissshhhhh
Actuators do the "diddlydiddlydoooooo"
Blow off valves (BOV) sound like the world is getting a gale force wind.

do dumpvalves release the air between the inlet valves and the turbo to stop backspin (spooling)?

stop turbo stall yes, which is why i find it funny when people block off there dump valve pipes and think the pigeon sound of air coming back out the wastegate is a good thing

exhaust gases have to go through the turbo thats what drives it to spool up, however it dump excess exhaust gases when the pressure gets too much

Most turbos will have a wastegate inside them. Some need an external wastegate...these are the ones that make a really loud noise. Even more so if you add a screamer pipe. Guess what sound they make

Exactly what it says.
Its a gate that "wastes" exhaust gases by letting them bypass the turbine wheel.
An actuator makes no noise, it just has a arm that is forced to move by boost pressure, which then opens the wastegate.
Im not a big fan of DV Tiiishh,, compressor stall sounds much cooler

i love threads like this, you learn loads, so how do twin turbos work? is it just a turbo feeding a turbo?
