I have concerns about my sleeping habits and want to know if anyone else does this. i have been known to sleep walk, sleep talk but now i am taking things a stage further and its concerning. the girlfriend says that i occasionally lunge at her during the night and try an attack her. i once asked her if she was "that bouncer" whilst holder her by the throat another time i ran at her in a chimpanzee like state when she returned from the bathroom during the night, in another epsiode she woke up and i was on top of her. she asked me wot i was doing and i said to her that "its hammer time before going back to sleep.
Anyone else do this, have any advice?

She best keep a weapon under her pillow for next time!
My brother in law sleep walks a lot, and my sister has woken up a few times to him doing strange things, but nothing really violent.
Might be an idea to pop the docs mate before it gets any further, might be able to give you some sleeping tablets to stop it happening.

will be related to night terrors, i suffer from them alot. Due to over active imagination and brain not switching off when you sleep.
I had to go to the doctors and see a specialist, they put me on some pills and told me to spend an hour before bed relaxing (boring shit like no tv etc) but that still didn't help.
I've had really aggressive ones, i've broken my fingers and toes kicking out to, smashed lights next to me, blinds, anything close to me. My mum got so scared at one point she never got out of bed again, my dad had to, i've wrestled with him numerous times. I usually dream people are out to kill me etc so i defend myself which is why i lash out when in a night terror. I shout at the top of my voice to like im dying, funny thing is i wake up in the morning and don't know anything happened....
since Jan this year i moved out and live with 2 friends, i've had about 15 night terrors in that space, my housemates are to scared to come and sort me out though so t hey leave me, i manage to find myself back to bed somehow, but have woken up on the floor/stairs before
go to the docs mate, get assess by a sleep specialist etc

I woke up in my sister's back garden once but naked...had to steal one of her neighbour's tshirts off the washing line and bang on the window so they would let me back in
