Yeah, or ebay.
3 stage kit has a special cleaner shampoo, polish and wax. Clay it before you polish, then polish and wax.
Amazing afterwards

Clay bar should only be around £14. Full 3 stage kit is about £24.

for a first time get the clay bar kit. will include a small pot of cleaner polish (stage 1) clay, bottle of quick detailer and a micro fiber cloth. will be around £20.

you'll need a foam lance. It lifts all the dirt of the paint work before you start washing. saves loads of time. also you can leave to settle and it'll lift all the old wax etc off.
dry using fiber towels and pat dry. you never get all contaiments off with just a wash, so any movement whilst drying will cause maring.

dont feel compelled to use the megs bar, most people will recomend it as its more or less the only auto clay available off the shelf.
http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/detailing-clay/meguiars-smooth-surface-clay-kit/prod_306.html
go for that kit for your first time, but its one of the best things you can do to remove contaminents. will only need to be done every few months
