And yes I know I am a chelsea supporter, but there's no point him staying at chelsea when clearly not happy- which has been quite obvious for ages. So perhaps it's a blessing in disguise. Although I'm not exactly sure about Avram Grant for the new position  But then again there's plenty of rumours going around about who's lined up for the job now so who knows!
