in fitted a let and f28 to my corsa b. using a chris astley mount. iv made my own 40mm spacers that fit under the front pannle to lower it but the box still sits on the anti roll bar.

do i have to lower it more or is there another way round it?

cheers

on mine i welded box section in the arms to strenghten it then placed the rollbar arm underneath. so everything is the same height. tell me if that doesnt make sense

lol obviously not phil, so what does stop it moving back and forth? as i thought the roll bar played a part in this?

it basically makes both front wheels travel when going over a bump or corner, well evens it out so its doesnt roll that much if that makes sense. If you have stiffer suspension then the anti roll bar is irrelevant anyway. For the hassle involved to get one to fit just take it off, you might be surprised what it handles like, an i dont mean it will handle bad.

i ask because when i had my nova rolling shell, everything onit apart from the anti roll bars when you pushed it around the wheels would nearly hit the bumper if pulling it back or arch if pushing it forward. and as far as i can remeber it was only the anti roll bars missing.

the anti roll bar just links the two tie bars, it doesnt stop the wheel from floppying around, the rest of the parts under there do that.

I think your getting confused, the anti roll bar is just one bar an attaches to both sides.
