There's loads of people that seem to shake the bottle of milk before they put it to their tea and coffee..

It's annoying.

If it's full fat, you need to if it's been sat a while.

i can only drink semi skimmed but shake it to make sure it all mixes so theres no lumps

YES i do this all the time. people tell me off for doing it, but it gives a slight bubble like teaxture to the tea
