I know (this being corsasport ) I'm off to get flamed for this

But everone says my wheels are shite, but I must be the only one that thinks they look alright.

I have decided to leave them on the car as I can't be arsed to fork out for more, so will just replace with decent tyres when mine wear out.

I just want to know why people think they're shite? Is it because they are Ripspeed? Arent they made by Team Dynamics?

I think £299 with tyres etc is a fookin bargain!

Looked at the price of speedlines - £681 with Toyo T1-R!

If you like them mate then leave them on, its your car, your money and your wheels.
If I had them I would do something to them to change them slightly and differ them from other people who have the same wheel

Yeah, quite a few i've seen are either made by team dynamics, or blatant copies of them .

Most of them look pretty poor to be honest though and they're old TD designs that they're trying to get the last few £'s out of. Probably the main reason why they're so disliked .

I think they look quite smart. Oh, I am leaving them on the car, just wanted to know why people thought they were crap rather than just saying they are

ripspeed = ripoff

buy a standard Vauxhall wheel mate - you really canot go wrong unless you buy a 5 stud wheel.

Although I said I'm keeping them, they are ET40 with 195/50/15 tyres and the car is lowered 60mm, I keep looking on ebay for a cheap set of standard vauxhall 15"s at ET49 with good tyres but the tyres are always fooked

ET40 is rubbish fit right?
Tyres are £200 from mytyres.co.uk so just budget for them. So much better and alot less hassle.

fills the arches nicely but you can hear the rear tyres scraping on the plastic arch over bumps.

ET49 would be a lot better really.

Must admit, I do prefer standard vauxhall 15"s especially calibra 5 spokes or astra 15"s
