ordered my new T.I.P
new oil and filter to do while its being done..

just quick question,for you that have changed a turbo

what gaskets am i going to need?


turbo gasket

manifold gasket..

thats it if im right yeah?

would get manifold studs and nuts also

i thought the Cupra had the k03 and the R had the K03S

different map iirc mate,

although the R comes with different interior and brakes..


i have the r engine cover though!

I was gonna go for the K03s as well mate. Let me know what difference it makes over the K03. I got the N249 bypass done today as well, dunno if youve done that already but if not its a good mod. Smoothed out a few wee flat spots I had and gives it a louder dump noise. Gonna try fit the TIP tomorrow if the bloody rain holds off

from what i've heard mate, be prepared for big grazed knuckles with the TIP..

Not done the N249 by pass. had a look at a guide and it looks a bit crazy

the TiP is a badger of a job

also the turbo is a badger to get to aswell mine took a day to do
