once its actually healed it looks ok.. but sod having someone cut open your back and then what if you get an infection?

Each to their own but have seen some nasty infected examples. If you really really want it done then go to a place that is recomended or at least known for high hygene levels. Saying that there probably isn't that many places to get it it done as many a tattoo shop frown upon it.
