Probably not, there is probably a FAQ section on thier site which will give you the answer though.

Even if you request it , They dont.

I worked for Morgan Stanley and when they asked for recorded delivery we used to say ok but never did.

Cause im worried ive done something wrong and it could be a court summonds.

Im not worried particlarly just few things id rather know it couldnt be, one of them being a court summonds or something from the police

none of my court / police letters ever came recorded my hsbc credit card and cheque books was hand delivered by a courier so it could be that

don't you usually get something slapped on the window if it's a parking fine?
to be honest, i wouldn't worry about it - it's what ever it is, whether it's a fine or parking ticket, or a court summons, not going to change it, so wouldn't worry.
