I've just had a phone call at work from my mum........... she was stuck in Bathgate a town about 10 miles from home, because she opened the bonnet to put oil in the car and didn't know how to shut it

LMFAO!! "push it down mum and it will close"..... mum- "oh yeah so it does"

Yeah thats what she said, she was all chuffed with herself for getting the oil in then she couldn't get the bonnet shut. Apparently she was looking for a button to press Then she had the manual out, but still couldn't fathom it out

The last time she tried to top up the windscreen washers, she put the water in where the brake fluid should go, she only poured in a spot and thought something was wrong when it didn't drain away into the container which it should have been empty, it was full to the brim thats when she noticed the WARNING sign on the lid

I think my mum has the right idea of just not trying and getting me or my dad to do it. Although she can do washer fluid

Come to think of it, it might have been the steering tank not the brakes all I remember is dad went mental, it was his company car

When I first got my girlfriends car. I had to ask a woman, who had the same car at the petrol station, how to get the fuel filler cap out. You use a key on the Ford's, and it was fucking weird.

Last summer she got stuck at the pumps of a busy petrol station. Dad had a hired car from work, she went for petrol and couldnt get the petrol cap open. She said she had the keys jammed in the side of the metal cover thing that covers the petrol cap trying to wedge it open. She phoned home in a rage saying she was stuck at the pumps, it turned out there was a button inside the car you had to press to open it hahaha

Yeah, I'm not that dumb the key was in, I was twisting the fuel cap every which way, but it still wouldn't come out. Little did I know, you had to twist it so hard, it felt like you was going to snap the key, before it came out!
