Flat is in Edinburgh, converted whiskey bond/warehouse. Trendy area with lots of bars and restaurants etc
2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 ensuite, kitchen and lounge, 2 large storeage cupboards in hall, and alocated parking.
so.... what would you value it at? We're prob going to put it offers over for a start.

Something like that in Manchester would cost around £225k min, upto about £300k.

It was bought for 140k about 4 years ago, then we bought it for 160k around 2 years back.

that would mean around 240k.... would love that
1st was a muppet and said 170k, 2nd was a bit more realistic and said 190ish. Nothing really sold in the block recently (as big) to base it on.

thats what the new build flat on the docks are going for.... 270+ etc... dont think this is worth that.
