the old split up thread,
all i can suggest is that if it was meant to be you'll get back together, whilst its sorting or not sorting itself out......
Go find your mates
go for a drink or 2
talk about it with some of them
shag a few sluts (get your confidence back)
pull a fitty to keep hold of
job done and ex forgotten!
it is hard and will be but time will tell either way

yeah ok takes your mind off it for a few hours, but the next day you feel worse then ever..
More hours in work, or take up a hobby..it will keep your mind busy. Will hurt for a long time.
