Lmfao a random add lol.. I have a tank not sure on the size but very nice. Has lights and with the blue stones at the bottom makes the water look blue lol.. And i have these weird fucking gold fish in there with black eyes lol! Couldn't get tropical as we always run out of electric and have to run down da shop for some more. lol so wouldnt be good for them lol.. But yea and they only live round a water pump and a metal helmet thing which people where to go under water lol.

even if the electric ran out it wouldnt harm them really if it wasnt left of for like 24hrs, then they would get to cold,

i had trops but moved house n upgraded to marine

any body got any experiance keeping oscars? i had quite a big oscar and quite a big cichlid in a 3ft tank before and they use to fight all the time so i got rid of them.. could it be because there isnt enough space in the tank for both of them?

I got one 55g high light planted, one 10g with a crayfish and one 29g currently cycling. The latter is going to be the new home for the crayfish while the 10g will become planted too

Will post pics when I find them.

Yeah, we've got a big one , Trying to get pics just now!

Cichlids and Oscars dont get on together mate, oscars get on with Oscars and thats it, from our experience anyway.

Our oscar is in a huge tank and still fought with the other fish so we had to sell one.

Mine is the australian redclaw .. well it seems that I got a hyperactive one It escaped twice out of the tank but luckily I managed to find it. Now it has a very tight lid.

Well our tank has 2 fine water filters on them and they cost £900 each and because they are so delicate they require to be cleaned every 4-5 days.

Then we change the grit at the bottom ever other week because it can deteroite and harm the sharks, Which is alot of hasstle and costs about £20 for each batch.
