Hey Everyone this is my 1st car and the 1st time I have joined anything like this so try not to be too harsh with Critisism.

I Bought this car for £700

It is a 1.2L 8 valve Corsa Breeze

lmao I have to love the reg and it so easy to remember lmao

Before i bought the car I already knew what way I wanted it to look pretty much.

I wanted it to be a Replica of the GSI model and have a set of 16" Irmscher Softstar wheels.

So these were the first things which I bought for the car I bought a Vauxhall Corsa GSI front bumper off eBay - The front bumper is all I got for now as I will buy the side skirts when I can save some more money

Then I bought the wheels brand spanking new off Vauxhall and got them rapped in some nice rubber too

The Wheels trial fitted on the car

Looks really good with the wheels but it will need lowered - probably going to lower the car 50mm in the front and 40mm in the back

Next I bought a set of Kicker components and decided to cut out the tweeter hole and mount the tweeter like this

Next was some more things which I decided to buy

Ripspeed DVD player with IPod connectivity

New set of number plates

The DVD player, a sump gasket, some switches and LEDs, and a seat cover

Some paint, a beesting aerial, front wiper blades and some carbon fibre sheeting and my lovely sock in the picture lmao

Also not pictured - I bought chrome rings for around my dials, red LED dash conversion kit and a new rear wiper arm

Next the car was away to get sprayed at my dads work. He works as a HGV driver but his boss has a sprayer working to him who is a reli good worker and does an excellent paintjob

So as the car was getting sprayed the gorgeous wheel trims were back on lmao

Next are pics of the striping

Also notice the K&N Air Filter forgot to mention that above

Next was the Rubdown process

Matthew the sprayer rubbing down the bumper

Next was the Primer stage

The bumpers, GSI spoiler and other bits and pieces primed for colour coding

Finally the finished piece!!!

Love this view

Hole for Cold Air Feed to K&N

Dont worry there will be alot more to follow Cant wait to make more progress on this build

Nice First Car Mate, and welcome to the site

Im a fan of what you have had done so far, Cold Air Feeds abit different, nothing I would have thought of but its certainly something I have never seen before.
Think its crying out for a set of skirts aswell, Loving the softstars, should look sweet once its lowered

Keep it Up

Unfortunately I did not get the car back today as planned... the pictures were took by my dad when he finished work... When putting the rubber back in around the windscreen the windscreen cracked so they had to replace this and it had to sit till tomorrow to get the sealer to set... but not to worry it will be on the road tomorrow and Ill have the wheels back on the car this Saturday

Not sure on the air feed or spoiler, but apart from that it should be excellent. This a Northern Ireland car then?

love the work and its not looking to bad either, they didnt make a gsi in that colour right enough, ohh and gsi on the regi plates lol thats a bit sad lol when its not really one lol

and that airvent shouldnt it be more to the front of the car to get the best ammount of cold air flowing

Surely for the cost of a re-spray you could have afforded to buy a GSI and insure it? but i do like it when you see non standard colour GSI they look so different

Looking good.

But that cold air feed is on the side of the bumper, so it isn't going to be getting that much air, you should of put in on the front or used the foglight hole

hats off theres alot of effort but why make it look exactly like a gsi and even put gsi on the reg plate when it isnt one? or are you planning on maybe putting a 1.6 engine in later?

Looks nice, but tbh there are a couple of things i would have done to it while it was due for a respray. Such as maybe semi-smooth boot. Veccy delocked passenger handle, colour coded roof rails.

Also not keen on the air feed Looks daft.

But its your car Keep it up.
