True, but since he wrote N.O.S, he could mean Nitrous Oxide Spray.
Nos is also the most common way of saying Nitrous Oxide, so shut up and just accept it

Would you say 'public address system' instead of 'tannoy'?

i use mine on a full throttle way, i mean my switch is only on when the accelerator is all the way to the floor and a bit more... you can do a "fast an furious way " and have a button on the steering wheel but hope you have a steady hand

i never use it in 1st or 2nd dont need to cause if you hit limiter you have a chance of causing detonation in the engine, which is not good...

as for installing i never did mine so im no help ther but i had a guy do mine for £150 all done, he took the dash out and installed all the cabling...

ive not got a progressive controller either but one of them is on my shopping list, as they will help you from blowing up your engine

hope i helped...

Only buy Wizards of NOS pulsoids as any other make of solenoid is pretty dangerous. You also need WON bottle with the safety valve (not blow out valve like most companies use) to be safe on the road.

I was going to gas my ibiza until funds said otherwise. Installation is easy, you can do it in under an hour, but you have to set up the system. This means doing the standing test (when you have to watch the revs) and the moving test (where you have to check the spark plugs).

Read "nitrous oxide systems" the book if you don't know where to start

...and for the record, you can run 25bhp without a controller. Even 50bhp on some engines, but anymore than 75bhp would be dangerous without a controller.

Nope.Been done lots of times.Have a look on Mig,plenty guys on there that run a shit load of gas.Just gotta learn how to feed it in slowly.Standard clutch wont last long tho if ur doing it constant.

The C25XE responds VERY well to nitrous.

yes, the engine does. But the clutch is the weak spot

I want an old TDI golf with an auto box. I could add 200bhp to that

No you wont.Do it properly and it will be fine.A controller isnt a must.My mate has ran 75bhp jets on his XE for years.Hes had the engine in numerous corsas and now in his nova and its fine.

Ignition system has to be top notch for even a 25bhp jet, as matt just said det can be a problem if its not.
