Offset is 45.
Pcd is 4x100, and comes with spigot rings to fit corsa b.

One wheel needs a refurb, hense the low price.

new alloys are £500+ mate.

4 performance tyres are £150ish
4 budget tyres less than £100, or could swap existing tyres over.

most tyre places will change tyres over.
its about £10 per change inc balencing.

i got these alloys off ebay just under a year ago.
