These are the world’s first official photos of the Cosworth-tuned Range Rover Sport built by A Kahn Design.

The Kahn Cosworth Sport 300 is fitted with the Range Rover Sport’s 3.6-litre TDV8 diesel engine, which Cosworth has tuned from 268bhp to 300bhp.

While Cosworth have tuned the engine, the Range Rover’s cosmetic designs have been modified by A Kahn Design.

The Yorkshire-based bodywork specialist has fitted a large rear spoiler, flared wheel arches and aggressive front spoiler with the luxury off-roader rolling on a set of 22-inch alloy wheels with the rear wheels more deeply dished than the front for a more aggressive look.

Kahn Cosworth Sport 300 vs Range Rover 4.2 V8 HST - which is better? Comment on the Auto Trader Blog

The Cosworth power upgrade accelerates the Kahn Cosworth Sport 300 from 0-62mph (100kph) in about 8 seconds and on to a top speed of 135mph – up from 8.6 seconds and 130mph.

A Kahn Design was founded in 1998 by Afzal Kahn, who hit the headlines earlier this year when he forked out £375,000 for the registration plate ‘F1’ which he fitted to his 207mph Mercedes McLaren SLR.

British company Cosworth is a famous name in world motorsport, providing engine for a host of F1 teams between 1969 and 2007 – with a host of cars winning championships in the Seventies.

But it is also famous for its work with Ford, developing two of the most iconic cars of the past 20 years – the Ford Escort RS Cosworth and Ford Sierra RS Cosworth.

The Kahn Cosworth Sport 300 will make its official debut at this weekend’s Goodwood Festival of Speed show and costs £75,995 – a £17,000 premium over the top-spec Range Rover Sport TDV8.

Power claim seems a bit poor...

When diesel tuning box providers e.g. Dragon, Tunit etc. All quote peak power between 320-340hp for a 500 quid tuning box...

It's probably been said but that original picture looks shit, cosworth haven't done much to it either have they?

Could have done that with a tuning box off ebay no doubt.
