"forcing them to leave the area if their behaviour is deemed as anti-social."

Seems pretty reasonable to me tbh.

I'd stop everybody and give them a basic English test, the ones that failed i'd give an asbo.

yea pretty much..door speaker can not play loud music..mines was shit because i wasnt even playing music, i turned up, got out, stood there so i could see when my mate came out of tesco as its hugh, and some sad cunt went to the police, filled a statement out and i got mine through the post a week later..one of my mate got his at where he works, another supermarket lol, his was done by coppers because they were sitting in the car park, and he came in to the car park a bit fast as he was late for work, so they gave him a section 59 for it lol

I got a section 59 for speeding in a carpark that is a 10mhp zone, few mates tested the bit where i was caught and stopped and they could only get 15mph before slowing down for the next ramp.........
Its bassically to slap one on each person so they get no hassle for another 12 months. Annoying but it works. Spent an hour going over my car to find problems with it but failed. Got stopped for coming round a corner too quick a while back, was at a roundabout at standstill and accelerated (didnt wheel spin) due to an escort with chavs in it speeding along. Why stop me and not the speeding chavlings? People will probably attack me and say stuff like i deserved it but truth is i didnt and after speaking to a friend in the police force they were asked to give a section 59 to any moddified car to 'clamp down' on the above situation. I think it is a good idea but some police go a bit power crazy tbh.

This is true, you would probably get in more trouble for headbutting a swan than you would setting a man on fire, sad really.
