hi guys just thought i would post pics up of my 8v project!! let me know what u think!!!













spec is...
was a 1.2 now a 1.4 mpi from a sri
polished and ported head with 3 angle valves
2.0 induction hose
viper induction kit with cold feed pipe
heat wrapped 4 branch
de-cat
4" jap back box
lowered 60mm
black 14" sport rims
fully stripped out!!!

lol i like tatty cars!! its quick, it beats my mates 1.6 16v with 125bhp!!
1.6 8v bottom end on the way, then a race cam!!

i would take a heat gun to those arches tbh i did it on my old merit(now my sisters)

heatgun done it in about 25 minutes, and looks spot on now

Then your mate can't drive buddy because it won't be anywhere near 125bhp! But fair play, can't beat an 8v

lol it was in there coz didnt have a set of clocks with rev counter but fitted my new gsi ones the other day so it will be coming out!!!

Can I ask why you didn't start off with a C16SE or E16SE in the first place? Brilliant engines and can be picked up for £50 quid.

can anyone tell me the name of the small pipe down the back of this engine u cant see it but im hoping sumbody will kno by seeing the engine
