A monitor displays a representation of the colour silver from red green and blue, it doesn't mimic the reflective material.

See garlic bread right, know how it smells? Well anyway i was looking for a picture of it and guess what......i couldn't smell a thing.

So, in conclusion, why when a picture of garlic bread is on a monitor can i not smell garlic?
