Well since everyone else has non-corsa threads i thought i would too

Here it is on pistonheads

It has:-
2.5l straight 6
18 button OBC
half leather sport seats
electric rear fold out windows (rare option)
mtech wheels
mtech bodykit
m3 lower mesh
light up mtech gear knob
electric sunroof
black kidney grill
+loads, well spec'd.
nearly full BMWSH

Went and travelled 260miles about 10mins after i saw the advert, gave a deposit and got a car transport company to bring it back up here a week later.

The seats look dirty there but it was just the pic quality.

First thing i did was try to fix the steamed up headlights problems a lot of them have..

took them apart and cut the old bmw sealer off

then cleaned inside them everywhere with glass cleaner, (they were filthy inside) put them back together with orange sealer, now there is a slight orange tinge when you look at the headlights, like a eagles eye

I was sitting parked and then the back left spring suddenly snapped, i checked the other side and it had snapped maybe weeks before, so....

gave me an excuse to lower the lot with eibach pro-kit springs -35mm at the front and -30mm at the back.

Then MOT time, needed front disks and pads, 4 brake lines and the springs fitted, the pads and disks were under £100 (not bad for 286mm).

Then got some Z3 rear top mount reinforcers

these are laser cut stainless steel ones and are thicker than the bmw ones, the bmw ones are also mild steel i think.
these are to stop the thin metal from cracking were the shocks bolt on to.

To do:-
m3 rear lights
clear indicators
bmc cda
scorpion cat-back with STW tailpipe
prob m50 inlet manifold and BBTB at some point.

Looks good, get the lights delensed though at the front and get some CCFL's in there too. Leather scuff master for the setas will bring them up like new aswell.

Rear coils are common on them for snapping the pig tailed bits offand the Z3 rears are a common and very good mod too

I will probably keep the lenses with the ccfl angel eyes because they spread the light more, de-lensing makes the headlights more 'torch' like.

Fitted the cooling ducts and sensors...

left side, you can see a small plastic stick pokeing in from the right, thats the OBC outside temp sensor.

right side, the sensor is the round metal thing. I don't have a clue what this is for, it can only be good though.

Someones de-traction controlled the car, so the traction control primary throttle body isn't there, just a 90degree pipe. This should free up a few horses.

shit suppose i should have explained

the rusty metal tab there means the block has been changed by bmw to an alusil block instead of a nikosil lined block it had originally. the nikosil lined blocks corroded away by the sulphur in petrol, this means mine won't and the engine has possibly got around 30k or more less mileage than indicated.
