ive got a standard xe in my corsa and went for a little play on a air strip but my speedo doesnt work so just woundering what sort of speeds these are capable of thanks max

135mph on the clocks in my old one on the limiter
Think the F20 gearbox wont allow it to go any quicker

pretty sure i've been quicker, but my speedo could be full of shit, all i know is 130 on the clock, and i've had foot to the floor for a length of time waiting on the limiter! so fuck knows.
Less than 145 i'd say, but around 140?

is that all it felt alot quicker tho.. its got a power cap and four branch straight thru de-cat system and induction kit..would this make and difference

they have a 4 branch as standard,
mine was 135 with raised rev limitor and decat and full system, think its the f20 that limits it tbh

Trust me mate its been disscused 100x of times on here, it will top out at 135mph due to the box.
Mine had the full system and induction kit as well. They come with a 4-2-1 as standard

fastest i've had my xe was 135mph and it had a good 1.5k to go.. Should see 140 flat out with a exocet up its arse

haha nah not today actually, what am i thinking, yesterday or few days ago, i work nights and smoke, so memory ain't too good 
and yeah, i beat it  ...but it was only cause my take off was rapid compared, cause once we got the higher speeds he crawled up my ass!

the top speed depends onwhat box is fitted like wide ratio or close ratio and i have seen over 140 in my old one nearer 145 but the top speed doesnt bother me i want 0 to 100 lol as fast as it can

Oh, the rev's still have another 1500rpm left, and the speedo used to carry on to the needle.
The 149mph GPS timed over 1 mile though is total rubbish though. The £5k's worth of kit was obviously lying
From memory, the F20 (unknown WR) had a top speed of 142mph @ 6700rpm (limiter)
