Could a single average guy lift a 1 litre 12v with no gear box using his bear hands?

I supopse what i'm asking is how heavy is it?

Must be around the 100kg mark anyway?

I don't actually own a 12v to try and pick up lol. I was just thinking, engines in general are really heavy but surly the baby 12v must be quite light, bwt same as a small dog perhaps..

you could move it around on your own easily, but pick it up and take if for a walk i doubt it.

I lifted one of the floor with no gearbox on my own carried it about 20 metres and put it into the boot a jeep cherokee.
It can be done but they aren't exactly lightweight.

problem with engines is they are awkward to lift which makes them feel heavier than they are.

i lifted a mazda 1.6 16v engine. but only metre before dropping it and engine oil going everywhere

there were a bloke at vauxhall when i ws workin there n he lifted a 1.9l van engine on his own b4 syin to me just hold this a sec
he wasnt tall or wide but he could lift weights lol
he was zimbabwean /english, though no other lads could lift it he made it look easy

also while working there 6 of us tried lifting a 1.5d engine 5 cm of flooor for 5 secs and only me +1ladf did it
but like said depends on strength of guy tbh
just thougt id share that
