I joined nearly 2 years ago. Went for 5 months, Gym had a fire and shut for 2 months then not been back since.

I do think about going back and trying to get into better shape but its boring as fuck.

i love the gym also, its funny seeing new faces in there, when they will only last 2 months max! ssj, cutting seasons hard, but it can take around 10weeks max if done properly, providing you have been training hard throughout the winter etc depends how much body fat u have aswell i suppose

I went 4 times a week for about 6 months, saw some very good gains & was pleased with how it was going. Then my mate who I went with (and was into it big time) broke his wrist, I carried on going on my own but eventually stuff got in the way & I stopped going all together, this was about 5 months ago now

Told me sen i'd re-join in the new year, but so far i've not joined up anywhere, had a look but the sign up fees of £50+ have put me off so far, and the fact you have to pay a couple of months membership at the same time pisses me off a bit.

My new aim is join up when I get paid at end of Jan, but I reckon i'll still be sat here in March saying the same thing

Training used me a massive part of my life. I was there 4 or 5 times a week with a training plan+diary...i ate and drank all the correct stuff and got really trim.

Then, i fooked my left shoulder snowboarding and it put a stop to it all. TBH though, my career took off quite a bit and i wouldnt have been able to stick at it like i did.

I tried to go back about a year ago, didnt last long. Been there and got the t shirt TBH

I keep putting it off, I need to find something to do during the day and this seems ideal it's just that if I get tired, I still have a night shift to get through

Haha, I'm really (not) looking forward to all the effort I'm going to require to shift the weight I've put on in 5 months travelling.

Too many beers!!! Too much junk food.

I was really into it last year over the summer, but now its amazing if I go once a fortnight, trying to get back into it but working shifts all over the place is a pain in the arse.

I pay £2.50 to go for as long as I want each time. Usually means it costs me £12.50 for the year
