I talk in my sleep, but most the time i wake myself up as soon as i've said what i said.
A couple of times i've raised my hand to answer a question like i'm in school.

I've never punched anyone, although I have been elbowed

Joe

My sleep habits are terrible at the moment, i'm sleeping from about 3am/5am till 7 week nights...not stressed just really awake still....So i'm running about 3 hours max sleep a night during the week....

Then come friday night i'll be tired by 7pm and fall asleep till well into the afternoon on saturday !!

I woke up once with really really wet pyjama bottoms. Except the bed was completely dry, so I couldn't have wet myself. But I did recall getting up to the loo. So I have a feeling, I sad on the loo and forgot to pull my pyjamas down.

Nothing to do with sleep patterns really. Probably the copious amounts of Carlsberg I'd had before going to sleep.

That's a thought mobby, may be you should lay off the Stella?
