i remember playing the original on xbox, multiplayer was massive and the maps were huge!

multiplayer sounds a bit gay.. you have to control a squad of 4.. does that mean if your sniping theres 3 ai lingering around giving away your position?

played it, but it was in russian, seems ok, but i can only play it in 1024x768 so looks abit wierd..
seems to be ok really.. not tried multiplayer yet.

9 hours to walk across the map or 4 hours ina jeep or 20 mins in a helecopter aparently

the maps in the first game were massive though.. i think its quite cool though.. with so much terrain it should make every game different

I think I played the original of this.. Might have the disc somwhere. The maps were massive, but iirc you could have like 100 players on a server so it didn't seem that empty...

My brother used to play the first one all the time. I could never get into due to having to walk for 1/2 an hour before there was actually anthing to do, judging by the above comments I think I'll give this one a miss as well

i think the team thing works like you have a team of snipers or medics or whatever. So as a sniper i would imagine you command 3 other snipers and you can position them where ever etc. Might be wrong but thats how id have it

been playing it coop with my bro for the majority of the day.. damn good gameplay.. not that good on the graphics side.. it looks ok, deffinatly playable.
just done a mission on hardcore... got right to the end.. and died! bugger.. only took 45 mins!

PS3/360 £27 @ midnight
I didnt play the original, might see if there is a demo out. 9 hours to run across a map? Is there just one map then and its a constant battle all the time online? I dont really get it, Im used to CoD
