It really gets on my tits to see arsenal playing each week with no English players in the starting 11 (or even on the bench).
Walcott is there only English first team player!
Arsenal are a big club and should be rooting young english talent through there youth team not bringing it in from abroad. I know alot of other clubs do that but they still have 3-5 english players that are first team material!
Our national team is a joke because of this imo
The six-plus-five rule that people have been talking about would destroy teams like Arsenal. Just imagine these 5 in the starting 11 against United / Chelsea or Liverpool...

get off your hoigh horse and then perhaps name the man utd/liverpool/chelsea all english squads, not much differnece except there swill be full of people they paid £20m+ on

Wenger's job isn't to blood English talent.
The England team isn't 'a joke' because of Arsenal.
If any of the big sides were to play six plus five they'd be severely handicapped.

Precisely! Might add that the amount fo decent English players brought up by Arsenal who dont play for us anymore is quite high as well

United have a very high level of young players who have left, ebanks-blake and eagles are two, then many others

Also Carrick expensive yes, but this season he's proved he's worth imo and has been excellent all season
