lately i have been going that extra mile (excuse the pun) down the gym and really pushing myself on the cardio front.

Mainly doing rowing, cycling and x-trainer

i do also do weights but not as much as i was cos some shirts were starting to get tight round the chest/shoulders/arms so cut the heavy shit out lol

but today i weighed in @ 17st 13lbs

now most of you will be thinking thats not really impressive but im 6ft6" (maybe even 6ft7") and used to weigh 22st around 3 1/2 years ago

Lightest i was at was 17st 8lbs and that was nearly 2 years ago. since then i got a girlfriend and kinda got lazy with gym..

So turning it round again now am dead pleased
