Happy Friday everyone 
What ya'll up to this weekend.
Tonight: I'm out on the piss. Will be the first time in about a year that i've had a drink...so i think things will be very messy by about 9. I havent been feeling great as of late due to shit at work...so i hope things dont boil over due to anger (which they usually do when i feel like this)
Tomorrow: Recover, because its going to be a bad one.
Sunday: Fook knows

Friday Night - Chill out...home after work. Order some takeaway in. Watch a movie.
Saturday - General chilling out. Watch Aintree all day. Few bets. Then watch the Fulham v Liverpool game. Saturday night again chill out. DVD etc. MOTD.
Sunday - Watch the F1. Go for a carvery. Watch Manure get beat by Villa too.
All in a generally quiet weekend as next weekend I am heading back to Liverpool for the Bank Holiday weekend so will be having a mad one then.
Wish I was back today though...as its ladies day at Aintree = Much fanneh.

Well, i stopped smoking on Sunday, and i want to cut out drink from my diet as i've started working out again and there are far too many calories in drink, so i've got a funny feeling this will be my first alcohol free weekend this year.
