i doubt if anyone knows this but an ice cream machine has loads of pressure to suck up the ice cream mix and come out the other end, i'll do this in car terms so people understand.

Imagine getting your front shock and taking the top mount plate off without any tensioners, i had that straight in my face and it broke my nose,

The pressure plate came off my ice cream machine and i was k.o'd, covered in ice cream for 10 mins in the van.

Not a fun day.
