Aye - Naama bay.
We've been there before so know its pretty decent. Far better value than the likes of Tenerife etc

Looked at that one too, iirc its more hotely than the naama bay one which is more like blocks of apartments & its got a few extra pools & resturants.
Cant wait to lay at the side of a pool for a week, its been a busy year for me, 1st time ive been off sinse xmas last year - Although I am off for nearly 5 weeks just now

is it that much cheaper to eat and drink out there than say compared to mainland spain ?
just trying to figure out were to go this year, suppose the extra costs of the flights would balance things out thought wouldnt they?

It will be for me, a normal holiday that is. Sit at the pool mostly, bit of snorkling off the beach. Take advantage of the AI drinks. We dont plan to venture out of the hotel complex except maybe for a night at the hard rock cafe as its no bad. That aside weve been before & done all the trips and seen all the sites we want to. This will be my 3rd time to Egypt, 2nd time to Sharm. Ive been to Cairo before - it stinks!!

This was £645 each, including upgrade luggage allowance & in flight meal. All meals & drinks paid for in the hotel. Dont know about eating out as ive only been All Inclusive. One thing I would say is you dont get hit with the low Euro exchange.
Going to somewhere like Tenerife (which we did consider) costs around £400 each for a decent place in the bit thats been recently done up & isnt a run down shit hole. Drinks & meals I recon costs around £60+ a day between us so theres nothing in it!!

yeah i was thinking about all inclusive but then again we usually just get a bottle of ammereto/vodka from the local corner shop for about 5 quid and get hammered in the apartment lol.
if its cheap enough i would quite like all inclusive though, ive only ever been self catering might make a nice change, id only drink vodka or cocktails mind lol.
hate beer and lager

Might want to stick to what you know then if its a lads holiday, this would probably be a bit too different & you might not like it!!
