They have called every day this week to say i am over my overdraught and that have not paid any money in for over 30 days....
This is bollocks, and have told them everytime they call and they just hang up when they realise
I get a call 8.30am as above, this was the last straw
I said i was gonna fuck his mum, his sister, his dad and then his dog while he watched, his voice went a bit funny then he hung up
Hope they now have the message

so , someone who is doing their job, whom has probably been asked to call you by their boss, and because its an error that person deserves to be verbally abused? as i said before, no one in their job should have to put up with knobs like that on the phone.
if PEOPLE were really overdrawn and the bank had to keep ringing them, how would people feel if the bank started abusing them?

After being so polite he'll might be inclined to fuck your accounts about. Bit uncalled for tbh.

He should have checked the account before calling and told his manager there was an error. And if i kept calling you for no reason i bet you would not be very polite when i woke you up at 8.30am on a saturday morning.

fact of the matter is, its not personally the fault of the person who called you and yet you got personal with them. its just bad manners and shows how immature you are tbh.

Its bad manners to call your customer and not even have a valid reason for calling, and yes it is the fault of the caller as they made the call?

right, the person who called you is not going to go to work and think "yea, im going to call this particular guy today" theres obviously an issue with HSBC system or incorrect info at their end, that is not directly the fault of the person who called you. again, it just shows immaturity.

Its his choice if he works for a scum company like hsbc- I wouldnt work in banking in any way out of principle. Fuckn him imo.
What do you mean 'if the bank started abusing them' - they have been raping all of us for years

so you would penalise someone for working for a bank? because you may have had a bad experience with that bank its therefore OK to abuse their employees?
jesus, i hope that IF you have a job and someone dislikes your company then you get the same, have you actually worked in a call centre or on phones? the majority of people who are "brave" or "aggressive" over the phone would not say boo to a goose in a real world shop
